Terms and Conditions:
By placing an order, you understand and agree with all information provided below.
☆ All customs and duty fees as per your country's laws and regulations are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders will not be reimbursed in the cases of unexpected fees.
☆ Addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. If an address is incorrect or not up-to-date, please reach out for it to be changed. We unfortunately can not control where the parcel will end up. In the case that a package is deemed lost or undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are unable to guarantee full reimbursement.
- For orders that were returned to us, only the items themselves are eligible for refund. We are not able to refund the shipping price. Alternatively, we are able to reship the items at the expense of the buyer, typically requiring shipping to be paid again.
- For orders that were misdelivered, lost, or other situations in which the parcel will not be returned back to us, we are not able to provide any kind of compensation.
☆ Returns / Refunds may be accepted. Please refer to our "Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy" page for more information.
☆ Buyers are expected to read all of the details concerning an item in their order including but not limited to: size, item design, preorder status, delivery times
- Preorder items will have an "ETA" in their descriptions, along with their "preorder" status disclosed in the title. The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is not accurate, and should not be referenced.
☆ Please reach out immediately if there are concerns regarding your order.
- We assume responsibility for any and all delays assuming there are no other parties (ex. postal office, address issue) involved.
- We are able to refund or compensate for heavily delayed orders with discussion.
