Refunds and Cancellations
We are able to provide refunds and cancel orders under the following circumstances:
If shipped:
- Order was incomplete or damaged at the fault of our packaging
- Order was returned or not delivered
- Tracking information must indicate return or misdelivery. If tracking information is marked as "delivered," please contact the carrier prior to requesting a refund
If unshipped:
- Order does not contain "Custom Order" items
- Order does not contain pre-order items
- While cancellable, additional fees may be inflicted

Returns
We do not accept returns for any items, unless there is an issue at our fault.
