Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy

Refunds, cancellations, and returns are all possible! Please look below for specific details on our policies. If your order does not fall below any of the scenarios described below, please reach out for further discussion.


Refunds and Cancellations

We are able to provide refunds and cancel orders under the following circumstances:

If shipped:

  • Order was incomplete or damaged at the fault of our packaging
  • Order was returned or not delivered 
    • Tracking information must indicate return or misdelivery. If tracking information is marked as "delivered," please contact the carrier prior to requesting a refund 

If unshipped:

  • Order does not contain "Custom Order" items
  • Order does not contain pre-order items
    • While cancellable, additional fees may be inflicted

To request a refund or cancellation, please reach out to us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for cancellation

Returns

We do not accept returns for any items, unless there is an issue at our fault.
