When will my order ship?
Typically, we ship within 1-2 weeks. However, we ask our customers to expect up to 3-4 weeks wait for busier seasons. Please reach out immediately if your order is time-sensitive, or has any kind of deadline!
Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, we are able to make this change for you! Please reach out with the following information:

- Order Number
- Original shipping address
- New shipping address

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to countries all over the world! However, shipping fees may be a bit on the expensive side, so we offer shipping accommodations! More information can be found here.
Are there any international custom fees?
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm or deny the presence of custom fees, as policies vary between countries. However, if your country charges custom fees, please be prepared to pay them!
My order was marked "delivered," however has not arrived
It is possible that the carrier scanned or marked your order as "delivered" prior to its physical delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days for it to show!
If your order continues to fail to deliver, please reach out to your carrier as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer compensation, refunds, or reshipments for items that are marked as "delivered."
My package was lost/stolen! D:
